LAHORE: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz have filed an acquittal in the FIA money laundering case.
According to the details, the FIA money laundering case against PM Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz was heard in the Special Central Court Lahore.
It has been argued in the petition that the FIA has created a money laundering case to target political revenge, but no evidence has come forward, and the court should order the acquittal of the money laundering challan.
On the other hand, a request to excuse the attendance of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was submitted in court. The lawyer said that PM Shehbaz Sharif cannot appear in court today, the prime minister is busy due to the flood situation.

Fazil Judge inquired why Shehbaz Sharif could not appear in court for ten minutes. “There was a date of one month, but they did not appear. This case is running on a daily basis, Fazil Judge said and asked to present the details of how many visits Shehbaz Sharif has made to the flood-affected areas today.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 17, seeking a response from the FIA on the plea of acquittal of PM Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz in the money laundering case.
