Pakistani TikToker Alina Aamir has confirmed a key development in the case concerning her alleged leaked video, stating that a formal complaint has now been registered.
In a video message shared on Instagram, the social media personality said those responsible for creating and circulating the content would not be spared under any circumstances.
“Alhamdulillah, an FIR has been registered. Anyone involved in this matter will not be forgiven,” she wrote in the caption of her post.
Alina Aamir said she had taken legal action not only for herself but to prevent other women from becoming victims of similar exploitation in the future.
She made it clear that action would be pursued against those who allegedly created a fake video and shared it online, adding that she is determined to take the case to its logical conclusion to ensure justice is served.
The TikToker also expressed gratitude to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Hina Butt and the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) for their prompt response and support in registering the case.
She further stressed that all those involved should be arrested and punished to set a strong precedent against the misuse of artificial intelligence (AI) and deepfake technology.
