Kiran Bibi, the supposed victim of gang-rape, has been declared part of the gang by the police in the ‘Layyah bestiality case’.
According to sources the accused Kiran Bibi has been presented before a court, while the owner of the dog has been handed over to the police on a 3-day judicial remand.
Police is still looking for main accused Rana Wasim aka Shah Zeib.
Last week, 22-year old Kiran claimed she was kept hostage, gang-raped and filmed at gunpoint in Punjab’s Layyah.
Kiran said she was abducted in Layyah’s Chowk Azam after being called to appear in a dispute and was abducted and gang raped at the vacant place.
The victim alleged that the three accused, identified as Shaukat, Waseem Alvi and Abrar Asad kidnapped her with the connivance of a woman named Sana on July 3. They took her to Azam Chowk and allegedly gang-raped her for five days. After that, the accused blackmailed her by filming her being raped by a dog and uploaded the video to foreign pornographic websites.
She claimed that pornography gangs call their victims by posing as friends, before abducting, gang-raping and blackmailing them by making videos. These gangs earn money by uploading videos of rape by trained dogs on websites in foreign countries.
Later, nine-member JIT was formed to investigate an incident of gang rape and animal pornography in Layyah and was ordered to submit a report in seven days.
