Key accused in Nankana Sahib incident arrested

NANKANA INCIDENT

NANKANA SAHIB: Police claimed to have arrested key accused allegedly involved in an attack on Gurdwara Janam Asthan in Nankana Sahib.
The focal person of the Digital Media team of Ziarat Punjab, Azhar Mashwani shared the photo of the accused, Imran Chishti, and said that Nankana Sahib police had arrested the main accused involved in the incident.
According to Azhar Mashwani, the case has included provisions of blasphemy and terrorism has been registered against the accused under 6/2020 u/s 295A/290/291/341/506/148/ 149, 6 sound system /7ATA at Nanakan Police Station.

It is worth to mention here that a three days ago a minor clash had erupted between two Muslim groups in Nankana Sahib that happened at a tea stall after which the administration arrested the accused.
