Two young siblings, Muhammad Ayan and Anabi Naz, who went missing in Karachi yesterday were found on Wednesday.
According to the breaking news on Geo News, the mother of the children stated that both children were found outside a shopping mall in the Hydri area.
Muhammad Ayan, aged 12, and his sister Anabi Naz, aged 11, went missing from North Nazimabad, Block H, on March 12. In a message on social media, the family members had asked people to help them locate and recover the children.
The mother of the missing children had asked social media users for help in finding the children, stating, “We have searched for our children everywhere, but there is still no trace of them. If anyone has any information, please let us know.”
“We are reaching out to you with a heavy heart to share the distressing news about the disappearance of two beloved children, Muhammad Ayan (age 12) and Anabiya Naz (age 11). They were last seen on the night of March 12, 2024, at 11:50 PM near Donisl Street, 5 Star Chowrangi, North Nazimabad Block H,” a post on Instagram read.
According to the senior superintendent of police (SSP) central district, the parents of the kids are separated and a conflict is going on between parents for the custody of their children.
He added that the incident is being investigated from various aspects.
The police said that a case of missing children has been registered in North Nazimabad’s police station against unidentified individuals.
