A young sister and brother have been missing in Karachi for two days. The police have commenced a search to locate and recover them after the news went viral on social media.
According to details, Muhammad Ayan, aged 12, and his sister Anabi Naz, aged 11, went missing from North Nazimabad, Block H, on March 12. In a message on social media, the family members have asked people to help them locate and recover the children.
The mother of the missing children asked social media users for help in finding the children, stating, “We have searched for our children everywhere, but there is still no trace of them. If anyone has any information, please let us know.”
“We are reaching out to you with a heavy heart to share the distressing news about the disappearance of two beloved children, Muhammad Ayan (age 12) and Anabiya Naz (age 11). They were last seen on the night of March 12, 2024, at 11:50 PM near Donisl Street, 5 Star Chowrangi, North Nazimabad Block H,” a post on Instagram read.
According to Daily Dawn, the SHO of Hydari police station said that both children went missing from Block H, North Nazimabad area of Karachi. Police have started an investigation with the help of CCTV footage to find the children. The case will also be registered soon.
Anabiya and Ayan’s father said that they found out the children were missing at dawn. The children’s father and mother separated 8 years ago. The mother is working in Dubai.
