Kangana Ranaut contracts COVID-19, says ‘it is nothing but a small time flu’

Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut has tested positive for COVID-19.

The news was confirmed by the actress on her verified account on Instagram that she has tested positive for coronavirus. “I was feeling tired and weak with a slight burning sensation in my eyes for the past few days, was hoping to go to Himachal so got my test done yesterday and today the result came I am covid positive,” shared the actress.

The actress stated that she will ‘demolish’ the virus soon. “I have quarantined myself, I had no idea this virus is having a party in my body, now that I know I will demolish it, people please don’t give anything any power over you, if you are scared it will scare you more, come let’s destroy this Covid -19,” wrote Kangana Ranaut.

Over the past year, the COVID-19 has left no one, not even public figures like actor Amitabh Bachchan. Bollywood actors who recently announced that they are COVID-19 positive include Akshay Kumar, Govinda, Vicky Kaushal, and Bhumi Pednekar. IPL players Axar Patel and Devdutt Padikkal have also tested positive for the virus.
