TOKYO: Yusaku Maezawa, the Japanese billionaire, is searching for a “special girl” to join him on Elon Musk’s project around the moon.
Zozo’s founder, the largest online fashion retailer in Japan, asked women interested in joining him on Musk’s Big Falcon Rocket in 2023 to apply for a “planned match-making event” online.
Japanese billionaire, Yusaku Maezawa, who announced last month his breakup with a Japanese actress, will receive applications from “single women aged 20 or over” who want to cherish life to the fullest.

The 44-year-old, who recently separated with model and actor Ayame Goriki, said he was looking for a relationship again, “I’m confident I’ve earned my share of the money, social status and success along the way.”
The offer, released at the weekend, is the latest in a series of eye-catching Maezawa posts, which finished last year selling Zozo to the Softbank group for 400bn yen.
He is expected to make a lunar trip in 2023 or later as the first private-owned on a trip by businessman Elon Musk’s SpaceX, Maezawa is also hoping to take about half a dozen musicians on the trip, going to take them around the Moon without touching down on it.
