ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry has said that it is a matter of concern for the Chief Justice that the highest impression of corruption is on the judiciary.
In a message on Twitter, Fawad Chaudhry wrote that according to a new survey report by Transparency International, the perception of corruption in the police and judiciary is the highest, which is a worrying moment for the Chief Justice.
The information minister further wrote that the perception of corruption in the judiciary and police should be the highest for the Chief Justice of Pakistan and senior judges, especially when the salaries of judiciary and police are highest in the region in Pakistan, he added.

It may be recalled that earlier a list of the most corrupt and corrupt institutions of Pakistan was released in which the police left everyone behind. Transparency International said that the looting took place in other institutions as well, with the police and judiciary second to none.
Transparency International, a global anti-corruption body, has published a list of Pakistan’s most corrupt institutions, with the police at the top. The judiciary is in the second position while the tender and contracting department is in the third position.
