Actor Bilal Abbas Khan, whose ‘Kuch Ankahi’ drama is one of the leading drama serials in Pakistan, will soon star in a new drama.
Recently, Bilal Abbas Khan announced his new project and shared glimpses of his upcoming project on his Instagram account.
A production of Moomal Entertainment, his upcoming drama serial is for Hum Television Network. The name of the drama is Ishq Murshid.
It will be directed by Farooq Rind who directed Bilal Abbas’ Sadqay Tumhare. Well, Bilal Abbas Khan tagged Durefishan Saleem in his post as well which means his co-actor would be Durefishan Saleem.
Khan began 2020 with the role of a dumb but Mathematics genius in the comedy-drama Pyar Ke Sadqay, opposite Yumna Zaidi. His performance was widely praised by the public and the critics.
In December 2020, he was selected by the UK magazine Eastern Eye as one of the “Top 50 Asian celebrities”, peaking at number 28, along with four other Pakistani celebrities, and was labelled as the “fastest rising acting star in Pakistan” by the magazine.
In 2021, Eastern Eye featured him in its list of “30 under 30 Global Asian Stars”, along with four other Pakistani celebrities.Â
