Global music icon Taylor Swift received zero nominations for the 2026 Grammy Awards, but this was due to eligibility timing rather than a “snub.”
The Recording Academy set the eligibility period for the 68th Annual Grammy Awards from August 31, 2024, to August 30, 2025.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift’s album The Life of a Showgirl was released on October 3, 2025, which was after the eligibility period had closed.
She did not release any other music, singles, or music videos during that specific timeframe, meaning she had no entries to be considered for the 2026 awards.
The Life of a Showgirl will be eligible for consideration at the 2027 Grammy Awards ceremony instead.
