TikToker Hakim Shahzad Loha Paṛ has been arrested after a woman accused him of attempting to assault her at his clinic, with police launching an investigation into the serious allegations.
Police took him into custody after a case was registered against Hakim Shahzad on charges of an alleged attempted assault.
According to police, the case was filed on the complaint of a female TikToker, who said that the accused invited her to his clinic under the pretext of reconciliation. It is alleged that during the meeting, Hakim Shahzad attempted to force himself on her and, when she resisted, tore her clothes.
Following the incident, a case was registered at Saddar Police Station on the complaint of the affected woman, and the accused was arrested.
Authorities said that the case includes charges of attempted assault along with other relevant sections, and a full investigation is underway.
Hakim Shahzad Loha Paṛ, husband of Dania Shah, who gained fame in connection with Dr. Aamir Liaquat, has previously been in the news due to various controversies and personal matters on social media.
Police officials say that all aspects of the case are being thoroughly examined, and legal proceedings will move forward based on evidence to uncover the facts.
