Federal Petroleum Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik has said that the government will give good news to domestic gas consumers in the budget.
Talking to media, Ali Malik said that levy tax on petroleum is an issue but he cannot control it.
He said that former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi played a brilliant role in the LNG deal. He said that Shahid Khaqan was doing b5rillant job when he was in PML-N.
Ali Pervez Malik said that Qatar government cooperated with Pakistan during Middle East war. He said that petroleum division decisions are made by him with the advice of Secretary petroleum.
Petroleum minister said that a study was being conducted regarding the strategic oil reserve. He advised the government to gets out of business matters. Ali Pervaiz also urged the government to take steps towards deregulation.
