Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Monday, following an upward trend in the international market.
In the local market, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs4,600, reaching Rs477,762.
Likewise, the price of 10 grams of gold climbed by Rs3,943 to Rs409,603, according to the rates issued by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Saturday, however, gold prices had declined, with the rate per tola falling by Rs2,200 to settle at Rs473,162.
In the international market, gold prices gained $46 per ounce, taking the rate to $4,554, including a premium of $20.
Meanwhile, silver prices also recorded an increase, rising by Rs236 to reach Rs8,270 per tola.
