Gold prices in Pakistan recorded a significant decline on Thursday, 4 December 2025.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs 1,700, bringing the new rate to Rs 441,462.

Similarly, 10 grams of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs1,457 to Rs378,482, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs1,336, now priced at Rs 346,954.
A downward trend was also observed in the international market, where gold per ounce declined by 17 dollars, settling at $4,191.
Silver prices fell as well. The per tola silver rate dropped by Rs 85 to Rs 6,000, and 10 grams of silver fell by Rs 72, reaching Rs 5,144.
In the global market, international silver slipped by 0.85 dollars to $57.28.
The Association has noted that prices may change after 1 PM, depending on international market trends and the interbank exchange rate, and updated rates will be issued accordingly.
