WASHINGTON: The number of coronavirus cases worldwide has increased from 108.72 million and 2,394,018 people have lost their lives.
More than 87.36 million patients of coronavirus have been cured in the world and more than 25.43 million are undergoing treatment. The coronavirus situation is the worst in the United States, with 492,521 deaths and more than 281,600,000 affected.
India ranks second in the world in terms of coronavirus cases, with 155,588 deaths and more than 1892,000 people diagnosed with the virus. The total number of deaths from coronavirus in Brazil is 237,601 and more than 97,065 people have been affected.
More than 4,042,000 people have been infected with the coronavirus in Russia, bringing the total death toll to 79,194. More than 4,013,000 people have been affected in the UK and 116,287 deaths have been reported. In France, more than 3.427 million people have been affected and 81,448 have lost their lives.

More than 3,056,000 people were affected and 64,747 died in Spain. In Italy, more than 2.697 million people have been affected, while 93,045 people have died.
The first 50 million cases were reported in 356 days, while the last 50 million cases were registered in just ninety days. According to statistics, the first case of coronavirus was registered on 17th November 2019, after which the number of cases reached one crore on 27th June 2020.
