ISLAMABAD: The Indian police apprehended four youths in southern districts of Islamabad and Pulwama in the Indian occupied Kashmir (IOK) in the wee hours of Friday.
According to sources, the Indian police conducted a raid in a house Arwani and Gund Chahal areas of Islamabad districts and detained three youths. The arrestees were identified as Aqib Fayaz Makroo, Adil Ahmed Dar and Aajaz Ahmed Sofi.
Separately, Kashmir Media Service reported on Friday that Indian police took into custody another youth, Tawfeeq Ahmed Butt, from Mongahama in the Tral area of Pulwama district.
The police linked the arrested of youths as over-ground workers of mujahid organizations. They also alleged that the detainees were wanted to Indian police in various cases.
Earlier, The Indian police on Thursday nabbed five youth in Badgam district of the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK).
According to reports, the police carried out house raids in Gundipora and Warihama areas of the district. During the raids, the police arrested five youth.
