Four members of the same family were killed in a firing incident linked to a property dispute in Domel, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Sunday.
According to details, the incident took place in the Odeen Kallay area of Domel late at night. Rescue 1122 said the victims included a father, his two sons, and another relative. All four died on the spot due to gunfire.
Rescue teams reached the scene shortly after being alerted and shifted the bodies to the Domel Rural Health Centre for legal formalities.
Preliminary reports suggest the shooting stemmed from an ongoing property dispute.
Police have launched an investigation and registered a case against two suspects on the complaint of one of the victims’ relatives.
Meanwhile, in a separate development, the Pakistan Institute for Conflict and Security Studies (PICSS) reported that after two consecutive months of improvement, Pakistan’s security situation worsened in May 2026.
