ISLAMABAD: Former Federal Minister Senator Faisal Vawda has said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif should start the process of accountability with his brother, as everyone wants to take advantage of Imran Khan’s popularity.
According to the details, the senator while talking on a private TV program said that Imran Khan was being influenced by some wrong people. “Not everyone should respond to criticism,” he said by adding, “Both positive and negative aspects of social media are clear.”
During the conversation, Vawda said that if the sit-ins were harming the integrity of the country, a solution must be found. “The day of accountability, which will not be seen in black or white, is near. If the justice system is not fixed, nothing will be fixed,” he added.
Senator Faisal said, “The judicial system needs to be fixed after the 2018 regime change two judges assured Imran Khan over the phone to withdraw the case. If the law on burning property has to be changed on May 9, it will be changed. Imran Khan is currently in jail.”
Faisal said, “Everyone wants to take advantage of Imran Khan’s popularity. Some people want to enjoy his popularity by keeping him in jail. Mohsin Naqvi is a capable person. A person is nothing, a chair that gives authority.”
He maintained, “I do not belong to any party. I am an independent senator, there will be changes in the cabinet in one and a half years. The people involved in May 9 cannot be forgiven, party people killed Imran Khan, and the trigger of the gun was pulled by them.”
