LAHORE: Pakistan batsman Fakhar Zaman, saddened after the defeat against New Zealand, has said that it is not good to lose a match at the international level, every victory is important for us.
Fakhar Zaman, the aggressive batsman of the national cricket team, said while talking to the media that we made mistakes in chasing the target. If sent to fifth or sixth place without telling, it makes all the difference, there will be an all-out effort to successfully level the series in the final match.
During the conversation, Fakhar Zaman said that our main goal for the T20 World Cup has been achieved. Every victory at the global level is important. We made a mistake in chasing the target, with Iftikhar Ahmed and my partnership, Pakistan’s chances of victory were bright.
National cricketer batsman Fakhar Zaman said that they will try to play well in the last match of the 5-match series against New Zealand and get success. I am Pakistan’s opener who was sent to play at number five or six without being told by the management.
Fakhar Zaman said that Misbah-ul-Haq had said, “You can play better at number five or six, I made up my mind to play at the same number. Before the series, I was told not to play 3 matches. Usman Khan is a good player the coach keeps explaining.”
He said,”I also asked Usman Khan to play his game and told him not to listen to anyone, the player becomes double-minded, I also used to become double-minded in the early stages of my career. Will make a comeback in the fifth match against New Zealand.”
