Elliot Page, academy Award-nominated Canadian actor, producer, and author, is into boxing as the actor recently showcasing the results of his training, including a visibly toned physique and six-pack abs.
The Juno and The Umbrella Academy star shared a shirtless photo on Instagram alongside New York-based boxing coach Nolan Hanson after a sparring session, praising him as an exceptional trainer. Page said Hanson’s ability to break down complex movements, strategic knowledge of boxing, and focus on the mental aspects of the sport have made training a meaningful part of his life.
Page also shared clips of himself in the boxing ring, practicing punches and combinations during his sessions with Hanson.

The 39-year-old actor has been involved in boxing for years and has adapted his routine to fit his lifestyle, even while travelling. In a 2023 interview with GQ, Page revealed that he uses virtual reality boxing workouts through his Quest VR headset, allowing him to train almost anywhere with an internet connection.
He described the virtual workouts as enjoyable and effective, saying they help with stress relief and feel like a game while still providing a challenging workout experience.
It is worth noting that Page, who rose to international prominence with his breakthrough role in the hit comedy-drama film Juno (2007), came out as transgender in December 2020.
