The subordinate court of Karachi has canceled the interim bail of the accused in the case of the alleged kidnapping of a girl who went from Karachi to Lahore to get married.
The Additional Sessions Judge Karachi Sharqi gave a verdict on the bail application of the accused in the case of the alleged kidnapping of a girl who had gone from Karachi to Lahore to get married.
The court canceled the interim bail of the accused and ordered the detention of Zaheer Ahmed and Shabir Ahmed. At the same time, the court has also approved the request for a medical examination of the girl.

Yesterday, the court approved the challan presented by the police but deleted the rape clause. The learned judge inquired how the clause of rape was added during the marriage.
It should be noted that the girl went missing from the Korangi area of Karachi in April this year, after the news was broadcast on social media, the search for her started.
After a few days, it was learned that the girl had married a young man of her choice in Lahore. In light of the court order, the girl was recovered from Punjab and then produced in court.

On the order of the court, the girl was medically examined. In the first medical examination, the age of the girl was proved to be more than 16 years, but in the second medical report, she was declared as 14 to 15 years.
At the request of the girl, she was first transferred to Darul Aman in Lahore, after which she was brought to Karachi.
