A highly disturbing incident occurred in the city of Dera Ghazi Khan in Punjab, when, during a circumcision procedure, an unqualified doctor deprived the child of his genitalia. Since then, the family has been seeking justice.
Speaking to MM News, the father of the affected child, Muhammad Ahmad, said, he resides in Kot Chahta, Tehsil of Dera Ghazi Khan.
” We went to Jinnah Surgical Complex Kot Chatha for the circumcision of our child, where this incident took place,” Ahmad said.
During the conversation, the child’s father stated, “A person named Dr. Ghulam Abbas performed surgery on my child.” We had no idea that he was not a doctor but an unqualified individual.”

The father of the affected child mentioned that circumcision usually takes around 2 to 3 minutes. When we told the doctor that we were ready for the circumcision, he took our child and led us to the operation theater. After a considerable delay, we inquired about the status of the procedure, but they kept saying that they were almost done but never returned the child.
The child’s father revealed that the doctor took over an hour in the operation and deprived my child of his genitalia. We took the child back home, where he suffered the entire night. In the morning, we went back to the doctor’s clinic. The doctor assigned his two sons to deal with us, Ahmad said.
They admitted that the doctor was aware of the severity of the situation during the operation. They told the parents that the doctor had left the city. “We tried to contact the police multiple times, but they threatened us and forcibly removed us from the hospital.” The parents now demand justice for their son.
