Sanam Saeed has slammed the government for deporting illegal immigrants residing in Pakistan and expressed concern that such a move won’t solve problems in Pakistan.
The Zindagi Gulzar Hai actress took to Twitter and stressed the need for kindness and compassion towards people seeking shelter in the country, given the global circumstances.

According to her, deporting refugees who seek shelter in Pakistan will not make our fundamental issues go away. “It looks like we are deflecting blame from challenges that the govt or the country overall is facing,” she posted on X, formally known as Twitter.
Moreover, another actress Nadia Jamil, who has always been vocal about social issues, also voiced her resentment over the government’s latest move and termed it ‘statelessness’.
