LAHORE: Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar on Monday said that the coronavirus has become a threat to the whole world, not just Pakistan.
Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar said that the spread of the coronavirus was out of control and it had no borders. This time it was not politics to fight against coronavirus, he said.
Governor Punjab said that Prime Minister Imran Khan would provide ration to the needy. The government could not defeat the coronavirus alone and people have to fight together as united, he added.
He said that it was not possible to stop the coronavirus but it could be done by staying at home, appealing to the people so they could stay in their homes.
He said that the supply of rations to every person has been the top priority of the government. The donors must also come forward to provide ration to the people, he urged.
