Two children were passing near a garbage heap when unknown individuals set the trash on fire, causing an explosion.
According to a report of Bol News on Thursday, as a result of the blast, a sharp object flew and struck 9-year-old Dilawar in the neck, leading to his immediate death at the scene.
The incident took place in the Kasba Islamia Colony area of Karachi, shattering the lives of the child’s family. Setting garbage on fire has become a common practice in Karachi, despite the significant pollution it causes.
