Therapy Works CEO Dr. Tahir Zahoor has shed light on Zahir Jaffer’s unusual behaviour, the key suspect in Noor Mukadam’s case, said that Zahir Jaffer is an alcoholic who has been playing lunatic after murdering Noor.
Therapy Works CEO claimed that it could be confirmed by the servants and the CCTV [footage] that during the crime happened, Jaffer was completely normal before the police arrived. “As soon as the police entered, he started the drama,” CEO Zahoor said.
He also said that when they called Zahir’s father to inform him about Noor’s dead body, he said that maybe Zahir murdered her because of over-drinking. He added that the reaction of Zahir’s father was normal, sources reported.

Moreover, Arshad Warraich, Superintendent of Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi where Zahir Jaffer is kept in a separate cell said that Jaffer was kept with other inmates but he got involved with other inmates after which he was transferred to another place.
According to the jail superintendent, Jaffer’s attitude towards the prisoners in the cell was not good so the authorities have isolated them. He was not ready to mingle with the prisoners, he added.
On other hand, Jaffer’s father and mother and some domestic helpers were also arrested in July on charges of concealing evidence and aiding the crime. The jail superintendent confirmed that the parents of the main accused had requested the court to grant them B class in the jail, which is reserved for social status, educated inmates, and people accustomed to a comfortable life.
Arshad Warraich said that his application has been rejected but he is allowed to meet his close relatives at the time of trial or in jail once a week. It may be recalled that on July 20, 27-year-old Noor was found dead in Jaffer’s house in Islamabad.
