PTI responsible for coronavirus spread in Pakistan: Bilawal Bhutto

KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari urged government to suspend federal minister for Railways, Sheikh Rasheed over Tegam Express tragedy.
Sources said that PPP chairman maintained that the minister must remain suspended until the investigation of the incident is completed.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also said that Sheikh Rasheed should stop blaming passengers for his incompetency and negligence, added sources.
“Many incidents have occurred under his ministership. The prime minister must fulfill his commitments he had made prior to elections”, he further added.

Earlier, Federal minister for Railways, Sheikh Rasheed said that government has announced compensation money for the victims of Tezgam Express fire. The government will be giving Rs. 1.5 million to the families of deceased of the incident whereas Rs. 0.5 million will be given to the injured.
He also ordered to carry out probe to identify the root cause of the Tezgam fire incident. The minister also ordered to find details about the officers who let passengers carry gas cylinders in the train as well.
