APS Tragedy: President Alvi PM Khan expresses condolence

ISLAMABAD: President Dr. Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan have expressed condolences to the martyrs and their families, as the whole nation is paying their tribute to APS Peshawar victims.
Five years back on this day in 2014, terrorists entered the school and brutally martyred over 147 children and teachers in Peshawar.

Right after the attack, Pakistan’s civil and military leadership chalked out National Action Plan and started Operation Zarb-e-Azb against the militants in North Waziristan. 
Today on December 16, the whole nation is mourning over the tragic incident of the APS Peshawar attack across Pakistan. 
Meanwhile, President Dr. Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan have expressed their condolences to the martyrs and their families.
President Dr. Arif Alvi wrote on Twitter, ” The nation cannot forget the massacre of little angels/teachers of APS 5 years ago on this day.”

In a message, Prime Minister Imran Khan also strongly condemned the APS attack and said “deepest sympathies from me to all those affected by the tragic event in Peshawar.”
Earlier, Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser, Minister for Human Rights Shireen Mazari, Minister for Science and technology Fawad Chaudhary have also expressed their condolences over the tragic incident of APS Peshawar today.
