Generous king like America

Riyatullah Farooqui by Riyatullah Farooqui
August 16, 2021

Yesterday was August 15th, the day of India’s Independence, but this time it could not be celebrated in India. Hindutva’s small, medium, and enormous sized Pandits were not seen bragging on its TV channels.

If there was any mention of downcast faces and faltering tongues, it was Independence Day that was diminishing in Afghanistan. The same country where seven terrorist bases were established in the name of consulates. But three days ago, these consulates had no choice except of fleeing from Afghanistan.

When it comes to escape, don’t forget the escape from Bagram Airfield when the world’s only superpower turned off the lights of the airbase and left Afghanistan before slipping away, Ashraf Ghani was not even informed about their departure that tonight is their last night in the country. The US military had fled Bagram and the diplomat from Kabul.

It’s been 45 years since helicopters landed on the roof of the US embassy in Saigon. How can the scenes of Kabul and Bagram be forgotten when that scene cannot be forgotten? The moment made history and has been preserved forever.

The question is whether there were more embassies in Kabul. Why did the chaos and the escape come to the United States, India, and other allies? The students were at the gates of Kabul, a big country like Russia was announcing from Moscow that they have no problem.

On the other hand, the embassy in Pakistan will continue to operate as usual. The concern is why superpower countries like America its allies are scared but not Pakistan? Did anyone make any threats? Were there any intelligence reports that they would be targeted? No, there was no such thing.

It was just guilt in their heart that forced Americans to flee back to their country. Look at the absurdity of the world’s greatest intellectual country that on the one hand Afghan students (real name is blacklisted by Facebook. Alternative names are being used) were assured for “honorable evacuation” and when the agreement was reached Americans, themselves ran away from Bagram and Kabul.

If they would have left in broad daylight, the history would have been made that they left after an agreement had been reached that the United States withdrew. But what can be done when fate has something else decided already. As the author of destiny claims, respect is given if it is destined and disrespect is also destined, if it is written then it is destined to happen.

What has become a joke in the last twenty years is the US intelligence reports. More than two dozen people not only planned to hijack one or four planes, but also successfully carried them out, but the US intelligence service found out when the planes hit already their targets. After the invasion of Afghanistan, the students soon dispersed from the cities and began to celebrate the victory.

Not even a single intelligence report has metaphorically informed the US that the elephant (United states itself) is ready to be trapped in the swamp. I still remember when someone said in October 2001 that the US would soon face trouble and it would take five years to completely trap the country and that’s what happened.

It was only after 2006 that the US began to become a real target. Since 2010, the country has tried its best to free itself from the swamp, but it has sunk to its knees as mentioned before.

This huge information was already known to me, an ordinary journalist, since October 2001, however, the US was surprisingly unaware of it despite their best American intelligence.

Claiming to be the world’s only superpower cannot make it true as seeing movies of star-like  Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Tom Cruise does not make one a superhero.

The result is that each of the US’ soldiers comes to the battlefield like Tom Cruise, but ends up like Tom and Jerry. It is their misfortune that these superpowers do not even learn from each other’s fate and mistakes. Every superpower thinks of itself better than the other. Such countries assume that the technology available to them was not available to the previous and other superpowers. But this thing does not hit minds that every superpower is equipped with the most advanced technology of its time.

When Britain was a superpower, it had the most modern resources available. The same happened with the Soviet Union. Its resources were more modern than those of Britain, so the resources of the post-9/11 United States were better than those of the Soviet Union, its simply evolution. But history has proved once again that science cannot guarantee victory. Science can defeat science, but defeating a man is not enough. Even if some of the human beings like our native liberals do not give him the status of God.

On August 7, just a week ago, the former head of the British Army was confidently telling the BBC that they had given the Afghan people a life they could not have imagined. So they will fight the students for such attractive life. The US claimed that their job is simply to provide Afghan political and air support on the ground. Students will not be able to take the country from them.

Obviously, the British Army was also a victim of the intelligence reports, the same intelligence reports that were published in the media around the world on June 23, 2021, said that it would take the students six months to capture Kabul.

Everything happened so fast that even the Pentagon did not have time to think. If there is some big news coming every hour, then it is impossible to keep the President of the United States updated. One report has not reached the White House, another is coming and another one is in the progress already. It was a speed game in which the students failed to double the speed of their progress. The US knew that B-52 bombers would be coming and going from Diego Garcia, so it would have to keep up with the speed of those planes and they did it.

In this whole matter, the condition of our local market is very pitiable. For 20 years, its inhabitants, the indigenous liberals, have been insisting on why Pakistan does not follow the US. Why has it maintained a policy of strategic depth so far? Why doesn’t the country give true love to America on the Afghan front? But yesterday, he suddenly took the position that the United States is united with the international students.

If so, then you should dance with joy that the students and their master are on the same page. Why are you in tension instead of being happy? For twenty years the agency that Pakistan was supporting the students. But yesterday they suddenly said, “America is backing the students.” If that is the case, it means that Afghanistan will now become a truly liberal state.

Obviously, the United States is behind this. For twenty years, you have been urging your governments to side with the United States and make the country a liberal state out of the Islamization of Zia-ul-Haq. If, according to you, your students are doing this, then why are 12 bells ringing on your forms? Intension, there should be those who have been supporting the students for twenty years for the sake of Islam. They are happy and you are upset, isn’t this an open dispute? You can try to get rid of your fear of these blossoms, but you do not know that in the future you will find yourself trapped in a whirlpool of questions that will not go away, will not go away.

These orphans are in a dilemma as to how the students were able to take over so quickly without a fight. The answer is very simple, this was not a war of the Afghans. It was a war imposed by the United States for its own purposes as a result of 9/11. Why did the Afghan army or civilians fight the students when the United States escaped in the dark of night? He had no enmity with the students. He just became an opportunist and kept emptying America’s pockets and left after sucking the entire two trillion.

Most importantly, people are forgetting the talks that took place between Afghan stakeholders in Moscow. If anyone thinks that these stakeholders just met in front of TV cameras in a conference hall, then he should get his brain treated.

It is not difficult to guess what happened behind the scenes and what role Russia played. If these stakeholders had simply met in a conference room, this could have happened in Doha, why Moscow?

The latest major shock for the local liberals is that they have been predicting a civil war in Afghanistan for the past month and a half. People will shed their own people’s blood. But when and will be seen fighting with each other, now they are leaving quietly without being exposed.

The tragedy of this country is that the majority of these pawns are here in the name of intellectuals and their condition is such that every analysis done during the last twenty years has been reduced to dust on August 15, 2021. Now America itself is disappointed with this creature. Just two days ago, a highly credible source reported that the United States had set up as many NGOs in Pakistan to support this war after 9/11. None of them got a “project” this year. Now either they will starve to death or the other option is to go out in search of new masters. But where else in the world is a generous king like America? I say keep your beard and live on Muhammad bin Salman’s day!
