KARACHI: The team of Chinese doctors, that was on a two-week visit to Pakistan will leave for China today.
During the stay, the team shared its expertise to help Pakistan fighting the pandemic. The team met various government officials and visited various areas. A Chinese team during their stay also met doctors in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Karachi, Lahore.
According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), the team provided timely and valuable assistance during the time to deal with the COVID-19 challenges.
Since March, China has been providing medical supplies to Pakistan including N-95 masks, protective suits, testing kits, medical masks, ventilators, thermometers, thermal scanners, gloves, goggles, litres of sanitizers and non-woven fabric for making protective suits.
