KARACHI: The Pakistan Navy has successfully conducted the first live weapon firing from its newly inducted submarine, PNSM Hangor.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf witnessed the firing exercise conducted in the North Arabian Sea. PNSM Hangor fired a long-range anti-ship cruise missile, which successfully struck its designated target.

Admiral Naveed Ashraf praised the submarine’s combat capabilities and the professionalism of its crew, saying that the Pakistan Navy is a modern and ever-ready force committed to protecting the country’s maritime interests.
