The previous record was held by the 2024 Super Bowl, where the average ticket price stood at $9,411.
Separately, Argentina captain Lionel Messi reflected on his viral 2007 photograph with Spanish football sensation Lamine Yamal, describing it as “one of life’s remarkable coincidences.”
Messi also praised Yamal as one of the world’s best young players and expressed confidence in his bright future.
The photograph resurfaced in 2024 after Yamal’s father shared it on social media during the UEFA European Championship, drawing widespread attention because it showed a young Messi posing with Yamal as a baby.
