KARACHI: The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) on Sunday appreciated the resignation from the federal cabinet of Muttahida Quami Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and offered them to join the Sindh government.
Capturing the window of opportunity which emerged with the resignation of Siddiqui, PPP leader Saeed Ghani reiterated his party chairman, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s proposal to MQM-P to join the Sindh government if the center alliance is scrapped.

Senior PPP leader Saeed Ghani said, “Everyone has doubts about PTI’s policies, ” while repeating the PPP’s position that the PTI government should go soon. “Even their voters themselves are ashamed of their choice,” he added.
The PPP leader added that PPP has always delivered the people and will keep going to do so without buckling under pressure in the future.
Earlier on Sunday, MQM-P convener Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui announced that he is resigning from his post as federal minister for Information Technology.
