Sonakshi Sinha sells her Bandra apartment for 22.5 crore: How much did she earn?

Actress Sonakshi Sinha recently sold her Bandra West apartment for Rs 22.50 crore, as per property documents reviewed by Square Yards.

According to the Indian media, the transaction, registered in January 2025, was part of a high-profile neighborhood that includes celebrities like Suniel Shetty, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and cricketer KL Rahul.

The property, located in the 81 Aureate project by MJ Shah Group, covers 4.48 acres with 4 BHK apartments. It has a carpet area of 391.2 sq. m. (~4,211 sq. ft.) and includes three parking spaces. The deal involved a stamp duty of Rs. 1.35 crore and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.

Sonakshi bought the property in 2020 for Rs 14 crore, making a 61% profit by selling it for Rs 22.50 crore. She also owns another apartment in the same project.

Sonakshi and her husband, Zaheer Iqbal, have a combined net worth of Rs 100 crore, owning five luxury items, including two sea-facing apartments in 81 Aureate, a Mercedes Benz S350, a Mercedes-Benz GLS 350d, and a BMW 6 Series GT.
