LAHORE: The Lahore High Court has issued a notice to Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) court regarding Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah’s bail plea in the narcotics case.
According to details, Rana Sanaullah earlier challenged the ANF court’s verdict over his bail plea filed, citing footage submitted by the Lahore Safe City Authority that denied the accuser’s argument.
The court issued a notice to the Anti-Narcotics Force in Sanaullah’s bail plea and sought an answer till 4th December.

The Lahore High court (LHC) judge Justice Mushtaq heard the bail plea of Rana Sanaullah.
Sanaullah’s bail plea has been rejected twice by the anti-narcotics court in the drugs case against him.

According to the court, in order to file a new bail petition, he should have new grounds.
Rana Sanaullah was arrested by the Anti-Narcotics Force on 1st July over his alleged links with drug traffickers in Lahore.

Rana Sanaullah and six other suspects have been named in the 200-page long challan.
Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) claimed that it had seized a large number of drugs in possession of Sanaullah and lodged a case under section 9 (C) of Control of Narcotic Substances Act 1997.
