DUBAI: The United Arab Emirates has awarded Pakistan’s Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa with an important honour like the Order of the Union.
According to the details, Pakistan’s Islamic brother country United Arab Emirates awarded the Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa with the Order of the Union in recognition of the efforts of the Pakistan Army for peace and security in the region.
UAE Head of State Shiekh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan presented the Order of the Union Medal to the Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, which is the second major honor given to friendly countries of the UAE.

It should be remembered that earlier Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa was awarded the King Abdulaziz Medal by the Saudi government in recognition of the services of the Chief of Army Staff for promoting Pakistan-Saudi Arabia relations.
Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman awarded Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa with the King Abdulaziz Medal of Excellent Class. The Chief of Army Staff received the award two months ago in recognition of his efforts to promote Pakistan-Saudi Arabia relations.
