ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that overseas Pakistanis are our best national asset.
According to details, Rana Sanaullah while addressing the reception ceremony of Overseas Pakistanis living in Saudi Arabia informed the participants about the political and economic challenges facing the country.
He said that Saudi Arabia is the best friend and brother country of Pakistan, which generously helped Pakistan in the most difficult situations.
Rana Sanaullah also said that Saudi Arabia has always helped Pakistan in the most difficult situations. “We are grateful to the Saudi government for providing employment opportunities to Pakistani workers and professionals,” Sanaullah said.
He said, “Our coalition government saved Pakistan from economic bankruptcy, and our government under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will take Pakistan out of the economic crisis soon.”
The interior minister added that by putting his politics at stake, he took the toughest decisions in the interest of the country, which burdened the people, but the difficult time has passed, and Pakistan is now moving towards economic and political stability, he asserted.

Rana Sanaullah said that Imran Khan’s government committed anti-nationalism by violating the agreement with the IMF.
He also said that the renewal of the financial agreement with the IMF is indispensable for the country’s economy and stability.
Rana Sanaullah said that the country cannot afford civil strife, riots, and political chaos. On May 25, he established statehood in the country with the power given by the constitution.
The interior minister said that the government is taking steps to gradually reduce inflation. “The people will give relief while the government completes its constitutional term and the elections will be held on time,” he said.
He also said that no other political party has taken decisions in the interest of overseas Pakistanis more than Muslim League (N), Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, leader of PML-N, will lead the party in the upcoming elections.
The Interior Minister said that overseas Pakistanis are our best national asset, there is stability in the economy due to their remittances.
He also said that Pakistanis living abroad are more patriots than the citizens living in the country, making NADRA, passport and other facilities easier for the Pakistanis abroad.
He said that the scope of the facility of e-passports is being extended to the issuance of ordinary Pakistani passports, e-passport will also facilitate immigration and visa facilities for ordinary Pakistani citizens.
Rana Sanaullah also said that all Pakistani citizens living in Saudi Arabia are eligible to vote, and necessary legislation has been made.
Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah further said that overseas Pakistanis are finalizing the voting procedure and will ensure the vote of overseas Pakistanis in the upcoming elections.
At the end of the ceremony, Pakistanis residing in Saudi Arabia also asked a series of questions and answers to the Minister of Interior. The Interior Minister answered their questions while also assuring the Pakistanis abroad that their problems would be resolved soon.
