A lawsuit has been filed against Elon Musk, the owner of SpaceX and Tesla, and the world’s richest man Elon Musk, who bought Twitter for $44 billion, in the US state of Delaware following concerns from human rights groups, asking the court not to give Tesla’s founder full control of Twitter until 2025.
According to the foreign news agency, the law of the said US state prevents any individual from taking over the immediate management of a recently purchased company.
The petition, filed by the Florida Retirement System (FRS) Pension Plan, alleged that Twitter’s board of directors did not perform its duties properly and compensated for legal costs.

Elon Musk, one of the world’s richest men, has been asked to delay the full management of Twitter for three years until two-thirds of the shares are approved as his property. Twitter and Elon Musk have not yet commented on the petition, which was filed in a US court.
Elon Musk is thought to have agreed to buy the world’s first social networking site at RS. 54.20 cents a share. That brings the total to $44 billion, many times more than the annual budgets of many countries around the world. The deal between Elon Musk and Twitter is being hailed as the biggest deal ever made by any technology company in the world.
