Need for patriotism to solve problems

We hold the government responsible for every failure in Pakistan, whether it is inflation or black marketing, or investment difficulties. But have we ever thought about what our own responsibilities are as Pakistanis? Our nation has become habitual to blaming others for everything.

If the child is bad, we blame his friends or school but the parents do not accept their shortcomings but satisfy themselves by finding some excuse for their children’s every mistake. This is the world of the whole society, in the sector, you will see, inflation and performance are getting worse and worse, but no one pays attention to inflation or their performance.

It has been observed that all the associations formed by businessmen demand ‘do more’ from the government and blame the government for their every failure. Development in Pakistan is possible only when we begin to consider our country as our own and improve the performance of our institutions while expressing our love for our country.

It is sad to say that even religiously we despise evil, but when we do something sinful, we always come up with some excuse. In this day and age when everyone’s economic situation is very battered, we are hoping that we will get a lamp of Allah or the government will use a magic wand to end inflation.

The cause of inflation is all of us, we have maximum profits in our respective sectors and we are weeping for inflation and ruthlessly profiteering. The institution you look at does not reduce its profits in the slightest, whereas in our religion it is necessary to keep the profits in every business in line with salt so that poverty can be reduced in the society.

If we look at Pakistan, all the industrialists today are becoming property on their properties, but when it comes to increasing the salaries of employees, they blame the government that it is raising taxes and our business is going into deficit. Not even 10% of the factories have been closed in the last ten years.

But every business owner cries for help. It is not understood whether the loss is real or it is an artificial weeping because no one can bear the loss in business for ten years and eventually the business closes.

All the automotive industries in Pakistan have grown by 350% in the last 10 years. Pharmaceutical companies have grown by 4.5%, the textile industry by 275%, cement industry by 750%, and the IT sector by 450%. These are just a few numbers, as well as a long list that tells the story of the development of various sectors.

Behind this development is the selfishness of the profiteers who have devoured the whole society and it is because of these people that inflation is rising in society.

At the government level, the people always put pressure, but when the government lays its hands on these businessmen, they try to overthrow the government like a mafia and keep blaming the management. For the last 70 years, every government that has tried to work against this mafia has blackmailed the governments that if you put pressure on us, we will close factories and people will become unemployed.

This is also seen in this country because it requires a lot of money to contest elections. Businessmen have been providing money to politicians for the last 70 years and later making laws according to their interests.

We have to improve our faith, keep the profits as low as salt in the food according to the way prescribed by Allah and we have to think of other people and work with patriotism, only then inflation will come down and the country will be on the path of development.
