A moderate earthquake measuring 4.5 struck district Khuzdar and surrounding areas in Balochistan.
According to the Seismological Center, the earthquake had a magnitude of 4.5 and a depth of 14 kilometers.
Following the quake, panic spread among residents, and people came out of their homes; however, no reports of loss of life or property have been received.
Earlier this month a modest earthquake felt in Kalat and other areas of Balochistan.
According to the Seismological Centre, the earthquake measured 4.6 on the Richter scale and had a depth of 25 kilometers. Officials said the epicenter lay about 27 kilometers south-east of Kalat. Initial reports indicated no loss of life or property.
