A car carrying a woman sank into the ground near a shopping mall on Tariq Road, creating a dangerous situation for commuters in the area.
According to police officials, the incident occurred close to the shopping mall, where the car partially collapsed into the earth.
Fortunately, timely intervention by authorities led to the safe rescue of the woman from the vehicle.
Police added that the car had sunk several feet into the ground, with more than half of it submerged in water.
To prevent further accidents, barricades have been erected around the affected area, and officials are assessing the site to secure it properly.
Authorities are urging locals to avoid the vicinity until repair and safety measures are fully implemented, highlighting the risks posed by sudden ground collapses in busy urban areas.
