During the speech, PM Imran Khan said that he was impressed by the British health system but what our government will do, such a program hardly any other government in the world. The country’s system used to work for the elite but the health card is for everyone.

The prime minister said that the rulers of the past used to go abroad for treatment of cough. “People from backward areas like Mianwali used to go to Rawalpindi for treatment in government hospitals. The government is going to build 5 mother and child hospitals,” he added.

He said that our government would be a role model for the world as to what a welfare state is. “Facilities are being provided to private hospitals. They are also being provided cheap land. Usman Buzdar was criticized as much as the Chief Minister of any other province,” he further added.
