Prominent TV anchor Iqrar ul Hassan has resigned from ARY News after a 21-year association.
He began his career as a news presenter when ARY News transmissions were based in Dubai and later rose to prominence through his investigative programme Sar-e-Aam.
Recently, he launched his political party Awam Raj. In his message, Iqrar ul Hassan stated that he had to choose between ARY News and his political movement, and ultimately decided to pursue Awam Raj.

He added that his 21-year journey with the channel had come to an end on a positive note, filled with many memories.
