Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar’ has achieved massive box-office success, earning record-breaking revenue in its first week after release.
Within just seven days of hitting the box office, the Indian film Dhurandhar collected ₹218 crore, surprising many and securing its place among the year’s most successful films. Dhurandhar has become one of the highest-grossing films of 2025.
The latest Indian Hindi-language spy action thriller is written, directed, and co-produced by Aditya Dhar. The film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar, and Lokesh Dhar under the banners of Jio Studios and B62 Studios.
The story of Dhurandhar revolves around a covert Indian intelligence operation in which an undercover agent infiltrates a hostile country to dismantle terrorist networks.
The protagonist (played by Ranveer Singh) assumes a new identity and joins extremist groups to uncover their operations. His mission is not only to gather intelligence but also to prevent a major attack that could trigger widespread destruction across the region.
OTT Release
Netflix has acquired the streaming rights of Dhurandhar. However, the makers have not yet announced OTT release date, but usually movies take six to eight weeks to arrive on streaming platforms.
