WASHINGTON: The United States has created a ray of hope for the flood victims by announcing a check and balance on the $200 million aid given to the flood victims in Pakistan.
According to the details, the spokesperson of the US Department of State, Ned Price, said during a media briefing that the US considers the issue of aid to Pakistan to be serious. “There will be a check and balance on aid. The aid is already being monitored,” he said.
The spokesperson of the US Department of State said that various places are visited for monitoring. “Our disaster center visited many areas. The United Nations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are also working with us,” he maintained.
It should be noted that earlier the US advised Pakistan and India to resolve their issues through dialogue and said that we are aware of the shutdown in Pakistan.
