UN Secretary General leaves Pakistan after concluding four-day visit

LAHORE: United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in the early hours of Wednesday left for home after completing his four-day visit to Pakistan.
As per details Pakistan’s top officials and Permanent Representative to United Nations saw him off at the Allama Iqbal International Airport. Appreciating Pakistan’s culture Antonio Guterres thanked the people of Pakistan.
In a tweet, he wrote: “I concluded my visit to Pakistan after enjoying the rich history and vibrant culture of Lahore – from the Lahore Fort, a @UNESCO World Heritage Site, to the majestic Badshahi mosque. Thank you to the people of Pakistan for a wonderful visit!.”
