KARACHI: Two persons were killed in a horrific collision between a car and a motorcycle near Gulshan-e-Hadeed Morr in Karachi.
The accident was reportedly caused by overspeeding.
According to details, a vehicle hit a motorcycle near Gulshan-e-Hadeed Morr, as a result of which two persons were killed. Police say the deceased were residents of the Korangi area of Karachi.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident. Authorities say the dead were residents of Madina Colony in Korangi No. 3 and a half and their bodies have been shifted to Korangi morgue.
Earlier, two persons including a woman were killed and two others were injured in a tractor-car collision at Liaquatpur tehsil of Rahim Yar Khan district in Punjab.
This tragic accident took place on National Highway in Liaquatpur Tehsil 5 days before today. The car was hit by a speeding trailer and crashed, killing 2 people including the woman in the car.
