Talking to M.M News, the owner of the shop said, “Everyone is selling fries today, but our taste and quality are different.” When asked about how they prepare Egg Fries, he said, “After cutting the potatoes, we first half-fry them with different spices, then cool and dry them and then fry them again with a mixture of egg.”
Another thing, which makes this Egg Fries different from others, is its unique spice. “We prepare the spices ourselves due to which people from all over the city come to try our fries, we offer fries to the citizens for Rs. 150,” he added.
“The spices we put on top of the chips are not harmful at all because they are made from natural ingredients,” he said, adding, “Everyone try ketchup with chips, but our prepared raita is out of the world.”
