LAHORE: Minister of Planning Ahsan Iqbal has said that Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is disintegrating, and those involved in the May 9 incidents will be punished.
According to the details, while talking to the media in Lahore, the planning minister said that even if the elements involved in the May 9 incidents hold a press conference, they will not give pardon even then. “The election will be held on time,” he said.
During the conversation, Ahsan Iqbal said, “If someone foolishly broke the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab Assemblies, what can we do?” He asserted, “Sindh has refused the election under Punjab. People of PML-N were put in jail illegally.”

The federal minister said that PML-N leaders were tortured but no one left the party. “PTI is scattering like pearls. If someone crosses the red line or commits terrorism against the state, he will be called a terrorist,” he maintained.
He said that the rupee is under pressure due to a lack of agreement with the IMF. “It is hoped that matters will be resolved soon with the monetary fund, and the economic situation will improve,” he said by adding, “National problems can be solved with the help of coordination and unity.”
